We are licensed psychotherapists. We have specialized training in somatic (body-oriented) trauma resolution therapies. Our passion for somatic therapy for both licensed mental health professionals and body-oriented professionals has created this opportunity to share trainings and resources, here in Central Ohio. A huge feat as some of you may know, cross country travel for these sorts of trainings has been standard.
We witness, as professionals in practice, one can't really separate the body and the mind, and there are ways to address both and work in your scope of practice. Now we get to learn about this in our own back yards. We are providing training opportunities here, in the heartland, and hope you find the information useful and helpful.
